If you want to check the debit date you specified, look on the filing instructions for your return. It will tell you the debit date the IRS or State will deduct the payment. If you did not print them out you can view them using the following steps:

Thank you for your prompt reply. Perhaps I need to clarify....I already have my return downloaded and I know the debit date. What I'm trying to find is a confirmation that TT has made the debit AND submitted it to the IRS. I have the records that show they are supposed to, but nothing that shows they actually did. I was expecting an email confirmation on or before the debit date, but did not receive anything.
Has the payment come out of your bank? I would contact the IRS to make sure your payment was received.
I would think you would get a confirmation email, but since you didn't, I would do additional checking.
