Where do I contact a live person to talk about my tax return. I finally received my netspend card after 2 months and after I had to recall them. Now the balance says zero

I called the card and they told me to contact my provider to let them know or give them my card number because there is no pending transactions to be deposited

Has the IRS released your refund?  There are no funds on the card until the IRS/state issue your refund.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
