Where can I see my tax forms??

I have the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax and it says it covers a 1099B form.  However it will not allow me to input the info. And wants me to upgrade.  What is going on?.

Online TurboTax does not provide direct access to forms.  Forms mode is a feature of CD/download software.

You are posting from online Deluxe.   Did you purchase the CD/download and use online by mistake?

You appear to be posting from online software instead of the desktop CD/download software that the license code is for.  If you are using online, you are using the wrong program.  You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for.  You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.

That was the best explanation.  Thank you!!   Although, I do not understand if you purchase the Deluxe version of Turbo Tax,  why it is different then the online version.  Does not seem right to me.

I do have another question.  Can you download the Turbo Tax to a IPad, or only to a PC???

The Desktop CD/Download programs are different than the Online browser versions.  In the Online version you need Premier to enter 1099B and investments.  But All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. 

Did you buy the Desktop program?  You can only install it on a full Windows or Mac computer not an iPad.

You cannot download the software onto an iPad. You can use the TurboTax Online web version through a browser on your PC or download the TurboTax Mobile app.
