Where can I find this section: "Open the Your tax returns & documents section by selecting Show. (If you don't see that section, select Tax Home on the left first.) "?

I need my 2018 tax form, but I'm at a loss as to where to find it. The quote is from the FAQ, but I can't find the "Your tax returns & docs" section.

You may want to check to see if you may have inadvertently created another TurboTax account. That is usually the case when you cannot find your tax documents. Thanks for the reply! I actually found the problem. It's a problem that other users have had with Turbotax online where there's no sidebar menu. What I did was click on "skip for now" on the initial questions that pop up and I was able to access my docs from there. Still no side menu, but I got what I needed. Thanks!
