Thanks for the reply! I actually found the problem. It's a problem that other users have had with Turbotax online where there's no sidebar menu. What I did was click on "skip for now" on the initial questions that pop up and I was able to access my docs from there. Still no side menu, but I got what I needed. Thanks!
