When will the second stimulus rebate apply to my taxes filed for 2020? I was a dependent in 2019. It's only doing a rebate for 1700 for my son and I? Not the new stimulus

When I submitted info to file for 2020 taxes as a nondependent as opposed to last year, it's giving me 1,700 for myself and my son from first stimulus I wasn't eligible for at the time. When will the 600 for myself and 600 for my son's credit be applied? ?

The TurboTax software for the second stimulus payment will not be updated until late January or early February. So you should not attempt to file your 2020 tax return until at least mid-February when both payments will be included on the federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30.

No.  The TurboTax online editions, including the Free edition, are all updated at the same time.
