So you filed and opened the Credit Karma MoneySpend account prior to April 16 and had an expected May 10 payment date for the bonus?

Phone the Credit Karma Money Spend customer support and see if you met all the criteria for their offer as mentioned above.  If you did, then ask them to explain why you haven't received it.     If you have a MoneySpend account with a Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card, you can contact them using the phone number on the back of your Card.

I also left info in a comment above on how to reach TurboTax Support above, but they may tell you how to phone Credit Karma Money Spend support, but maybe they will have a contact method for Credit Karma Money Spend support.

If you met all the conditions, it looks like it should be June 11, according to the terms posted higher up in this thread by user kit_roll, assuming you had the same offer as that user.

Did you meet the 3 main conditions?

"To qualify for the Credit Karma $50 Direct Deposit Bonus you must:

(1) open your new Credit Karma Money Spend account from April 16, 2021 through and including May 17, 2021; and

(2) deposit all or part of your federal or state income tax return; and

(3) receive a Qualifying Direct Deposit by June 10, 2021.

It depends when you opened your Credit Karma MoneySpend account, and if you met the other conditions.

Did you open it prior to April 16?  If so, the Credit Karma bonus was supposed to have been paid on May 10 or May 11, if you met the remaining conditions.

If you opened the account between April 16-May 17, the bonus is supposed to be paid on June 11.

Here are the conditions a user posted above for the the upcoming June 11 payment (for accounts opened between April 16-May 17).  I assume these are the same as the earlier offer for accounts opened prior to April 16 except for a different payment date.  If you are in the group prior to April 16, then adjust the dates in the info below to a payment date of May 10-11.  I don't have a copy of the earlier offer.

I think the timeline is unrealistic. By the time I got my card and the info to set up a direct deposit from my paycheck, there’s no way for me to get the $50 bonus. My employer takes a couple of paychecks to set up the new direct deposit. I think this was a very screwed up thing for Credit Karma to do. I’m probably going to close the account because I don’t like this whole situation.

I met all criteria for this offer and didn’t receive the $50 bonus today as stated in the offer. I even called Credit Karma about it and still waiting to hear back on when I’ll get the bonus. Makes me think it’s all a hook line and sinker tactic that they somehow don’t pay it out. Kinda shady if you ask me if you don’t deliver on something that you promised if all criteria met.

Same, I opened the account thanks to the recommendation from Turbotax, diligently deposit all my tax refunds and set up Direct Deposit.

Still have yet to see the $50 bonus. 

I will give them 2 more weeks before closing my Credit Karma Spend account.

Hi Ya'll!

There is a quick and easy solution to this. I opened up a support ticket and asked about the reward. They responded that I did not meet the direct deposit requirements. I sent the following response:

"This definitely looks like a UDAAP violation. See link below that talks about it. This information was clearly only in the fine print and not made clear in the original offer. You guys might be looking at a class action for this.

I hope you can find a way to resolve this matter with your TurboTax customers as quickly as possible."

And they responded with this:

"Thank you for your response.
