When will I get my income tax

So after somebody weeks of waiting to get somebody on the phone to talk to about tax, I finally get a day July 13th but for some reason it still saying being processed will give you a date when is available no date has popped up or anything so shouldn't it show a date by now? I really don't want to take the representative word for it because she saying one thing but their system is saying another.
