When should I expect my 1099s? I still haven't received them.

You do not say what kind of 1099's you are waiting for.  There are about two dozen kinds of 1099's.  A 1099Misc is typically issued by an individual or business for whom you performed work as an independent contractor, so seek a copy from them if you did not save yours.  Many of the other types of 1099's are issued by banks, brokerages and other financial institutions from which you can seek copies.

You definitely need to take the lead on this aspect and call any entities that you feel you should have received a 1099!!  It may be that they did not need to send one out, according to IRS regs (perhaps the amount was below the amount required to send a 1099 out), but do call them and have your account info handy.  Did you change your address in the past year or more?  Possibly it was mailed but ended up in someone else's mailbox in error.  It happens more than you might think.  Good luck!!
