When i am finished filling out by taxes - can I print it and mail it in? Does Turbotax also do state tax?

Yes, you can file your Federal tax return by mail.  If you choose to file your Federal return by mail, you will also need to file  your state return by mail as well, although you can still prepare it using TurboTax Online.
