Has your return(s) been accepted?  If your returns have been accepted, you can check your refund status on the IRS website, Where's My Refund.  If you have a State refund, you can check refund status on your State's website.

For Federal you can check your refund status on the IRS website, Where's My Refund

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

How do I track my state refund?

On your federal return, there are some tax breaks available to disabled persons – certain types of income won’t be taxable, for example, and you may even qualify for a tax credit.

Some states also provide tax benefits.

Please see the TurboTax article Tax Tips for the Legally Disabled for possibilities.

The TurboTax Help articles Is my disability pension considered earned income? and Is disability income taxable? are also helpful.
