Unfortunately it all depends on the outcome of the review.
If the IRS does the review and determines they agree with your return, you should receive the refund a few weeks after the review has been completed. You can check the status of your refund here: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If the IRS does the review and determines they do not agree with your return, they will make adjustments to your return based on their findings, and will either issue you a new refund amount or if they determine you owe taxes, they will issue you a bill. If they decide to adjust your return, they will send you a letter explaining the adjustments.
