How long does it take to receive my bank print check(aka tax refund) from TPG? I'm guessing 7 to 14 business days via US postal service 🤔

Bank print check is a check from SBTG I just now got of the phone with someone and they are telling me they only mail checks once a month so frustrating

It is usually within 5 days from the date of mailing will you receive the check. However, you can contact SBTPG as they should be able to tell you why the check was issued.

I called Sbtpg last week about my bank printed check and I was told they only send checks out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I haven't received anything yet so I tried to call today and sat on hold for 2 hours but was hung up on.. anyone know if they send checks out weekly or once a months? I can't seem to get them to give me a straight answer.

If my bank rejected my check after Santa Barbra took out their fees , do they send the check directly to me or the irs ?

The refund will be sent out to you in a check. it will take 7-10 business days for you to receive the check.

Just waited on hold for two hours and still didn't get to talk to anyone at SBTPG. I just want to know when they are going to send me my money(bank print check/cashier check). How long did you wait to talk to a person at SBTPG?
