How long does this take
The IRS issues more than 9 out of 10 refunds in the normal time frame: less than 21 days. However, it’s possible that some tax returns may require further review and could take longer.
When will I get my IRS tax refund?
So how long will I be waiting it's been since Jan 30th
We recommend for you contact the IRS when it has been longer than 21 days from acceptance.
What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
I tried to get through to the IRS but it keeps saying that due to high volume that they cannot take our call right now unless you have a different number that I can get right through I will call them but I figure I would have had it by now
Even though the IRS issues 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process. Please in keep in mind that the IRS doesn't always move as fast as taxpayers would like (especially when waiting for a refund). Also taxpayers who report certain items of income (such as self-employment) or certain tax credits (such as dependent care) can experience longer wait times for the IRS to process their original tax return, and ultimately issue a tax refund. Continue to check back on the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
