Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

The bank turbo tax uses sbtpg that's your affiliate you give me their phone number but you know they don't answer and you give me a website that i dont have an account to log in cause that's your people your bank. I trusted turbo tax your still using sbtpg even after the thousands of people that they didn't give their refunds to them u think that's ok and all u gotta say is we didn't steal it the bank we use did. You should all be shut down your company's **bleep** now just a bunch of thrives it's only a matter of time b4 ur all out of buisness what a disgrace you are

They will tell you something different everytime I've been waiting for my 2020 refund I recorded them lying so many times about where my 4000.00 dollors is and I'm gunna seek legal counsel to get it back.

It can take up to 5 days after the IRS sends the refund before the deposit shows up on your bank account
