What is the status of your tax return?
See this TurboTax support FAQ for the e-file status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/electronic-filing/check-e-file-status/L9...
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
You might be in the wrong account. But--even if you are in the correct online account, TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due. Your account will always show that you had tax due, because that is the result of the tax return you prepared. TT never gets any information from the IRS after you file, so TT does not know if you paid or if your payment went through. Your proof that you paid will be your own bank or credit card statement and information on your online IRS account.

You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
