I got the same message. Did you figure out a solution?
Solution: Intuit Account -> Sign In & Security -> Phone (change & save no need to verify) -> back to e-file and retry.
Hello! Loved the tip... except it didn't work for us :( we have a foreign phone number, but tried a US phone number as well and none seem to fix the problem? We tried removing the phone number as well but no luck... any chance you might be able to help fix it? Thanks!
Did you try logging out and back in after the change?
