@3pablo3 So you have not really asked a question. Assuming this is a message you received from the IRS, yes, lots of people are getting such letters/notices regarding their 2020 refunds. Lots of people made mistakes on their tax returns when they were asked about the amount of stimulus money they received, so the IRS has been cross checking and reducing refunds for those tax returns and/or reducing refunds for the other types of errors they mention in the notice.
We cannot see your tax return, so no one at TurboTax can tell you which specific reason is the one that caused the IRS to reduce your refund. They will send a more specific letter to you. TurboTax never sees the letters sent to you by the IRS.

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you. Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.
