Washington DC e-file receipt - Turbotax Desktop

Turbotax Desktop says my DC tax return has been accepted. DC says they don't have it. How can I get a filing receipt or tracking number to give to DC. Or, how do I refile through the desktop app?

If TurboTax Desktop indicates that the DC tax return was recently successfully transmitted to that agency, it could be that they just have not yet processed it. Continue to monitor the status for any additional updates/messages from TurboTax as well as the DC Office of Tax and Revenue.

On average, the DC OTR states that it issues refunds within 6 weeks. Taxpayers can view their refund status by visiting OTR's online portal.
