Using TurboTax desktop.  I've updated the program today.  After entering the information the program asks "Is (name) a U.S. citizen who lived abroad in one of these countries in 2025?".  I answer "no".  The program then takes me to an area titled "Canadian pension information".  It then wants a Custodian name (financial institution)  Any suggestions?

This could be happening if you chose to 'visit all' in the Retirement Income section of TurboTax.

The question about being a US citizen living abroad is a standard question related to Social Security income.  

Then, if you get the question about the Canadian pension, click the Back button instead of Continue.  If you see a seemingly blank entry for Canadian pension data, click the trash can icon beside it to delete it.  Otherwise, click any other section of TurboTax to navigate away from the Retirement Income section so that an unneeded Canadian pension worksheet will not be created.
