This could be happening if you chose to 'visit all' in the Retirement Income section of TurboTax.

Then, if you get the question about the Canadian pension, click the Back button instead of Continue. If you see a seemingly blank entry for Canadian pension data, click the trash can icon beside it to delete it. Otherwise, click any other section of TurboTax to navigate away from the Retirement Income section so that an unneeded Canadian pension worksheet will not be created.
