2013?  Or do you mean 2023?   You cant use Turbo Tax to amend 2019 or prior.

Want to amend my 2013 taxes

If you really mean 2013, it is too late to amend a 2013 return and get a better refund.  Was that a typo?  Did you really mean 2023?
