When are amend 1040X forms for 2018 available

the form has been available from IRS for weeks now, this is Intuit laziness.  will switch next year, as it appears I may have to do it manually myself, why the hell pay turbotax.

Do need to file an amended 1040 (1040X), please inform me when this form is available in TurboTax
