I am not being given the option to direct deposit,how can I enroll?

Under the File tab, you will see a page that lists three steps:

Next to Step 2, click on Start/Revisit (may not allow access if you have not completed Step 1)
Select In my bank to have direct deposit. If there is already information listed (old account info) make sure the box listed underneath is unchecked (will say something like "I want my refund in this account")
Scroll down and hit Continue and the next page will allow you to enter in your direct deposit information
