I manually put my figures in .Still happens
There was another update on March 11 and the issue is still there.
Even if you can correct it and you go back after awhile it's messed up again
As of March 12. 2025 its still messed up
I was able to get past it by leaving it checked and checking the bottom box (none of the above), then continue and on the next screen it asks that same question again, check no and when I went back, it had removed the unwanted checkmark.
One minute it's checked next its not . It goes back and forth.
Noticing too many mistakes this season.
Several issues of figures not applying right or missing figures when I go back to look.
Kind of worried to file them.
Exactly my point as I stated previously. I do not have the knowledge to check how everything works on the background and to see if the information on the forms are really accurate or not.
Who is on the hook when you file it, and then you are audited because that setting set off a red flag with the IRS and you think the IRS will let you off that easily telling them "it is a software bug" ...
Thank you! That did the trick!!
I'm having the same issue on March 14, and I updated just prior to using Turbotax. Very disappointed in this software!!!

THANK YOU to the user who suggested pressing CONTINUE and checking NO to the question about seller-financed mortgage and then going back to find that pesky 2nd box now correctly UN-checked. TT's answers were NOT helpful. I did not want to have to go in and delete the INT and DIV and have to re-inspect them all after re-importing.
TurboTax, please wise up and follow up on user issues reported...especially when a lot of users are reporting the same issue!
there were so many users reporting this same issue, seems like you could trouble shoot it without having to have all those people's returns?
Yes, this worked for me too. At least it seems too. Thank you for posting !
I am receiving this same message.... 19March2025... Home and business version. They need to fix it, this is so frustrating, and I paid over $100 for this crap! I could have done it all on paper manually and been done most likely. *** just to give an update***. I went back to that same question and hit continue and let it go back to the list of selections in the front screen (personal /deductions and credits tab). Re-clicked on the Interest/dividend section and hit No, and it brought me to those 3 notorious questions again and surprise the boxes were finally blank and I was able to click No and continue. (Note - I had to do this SEVERAL times) Not sure if the Schedule is accurate but it appears to be ok. I did proceed to go ahead and save my return (even though I had gotten all the way to the filing screen) and then exited and relogged in again. Hope this helps!
I feel the same way wasted money.
Very disappointed in the software this year.
I also don't like the changes in the program.
I have the same problem. Imported data from Vanguard. NOT associated with VANGUARD documents as far as I can tell by the printed version. So it is a software issue? Or is it related to REITS somehow? I do not intend to send my data but I will look here for an answer. There are enough people here with the same problem that you should consider it as something you folks need to fix or provide a solution for.
