Unable to print or save state tax.

After I completed and E-filed both Federal & South Carolina tax returns on February 5, and they were accepted by each a few hours later, I am unable to Save/Print the South Carolina Tax Return. Only the 2024 Federal Tax Return can be printed/saved.

At the Print/Save Page it says, "Your South Carolina return(s) is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some forms haven't been finalized yet."

When you click on the link = "Notify me when my forms are ready" you get "Sign Up For Email Notification." After you enter your email & confirm email, the following Error Message appears:
"Unable to load messageid No forms or products have been specified. Please close the window and try again. for en_US." I have tried multiple times over the last week, cleared cache blah blah blah - no fix.

Please Note: Both Federal & South Carolina Tax returns were e-filed, accepted, and Tax Payment from my bank was processed by South Carolina & Federal Credit Union. So, it appears the SC State Return was good enough with all necessary forms when e-filed.

I can't delete SC form as I encountered the problem when I went to save/print my returns AFTER I e-filed and both returns were accepted. No clearing cache or other basic remedial recommendations have worked.

I need to have Turbo Tax fix this problem with a software update specifically for the South Carolina Tax Return so that I can print/save my SC return which will also be needed next year when I file for 2024.

I tried to be as specific and concise as possible. Please have someone address this issue. Thank you.

I purchased TT from Costco and downloaded the program. It's updated every time I open it.

To save and/or print both Federal & SC state return after filing:

1. Launch Turbo tax and select "continue" your return
2. Go to Forms view
3. Scroll down to SC state form "Estimated Wks" (this is form SC1040ES)
4. Scroll to part III (rounding and printing options)
5. Select " Do not print vouchers"
6. Click on Print Center at the very top of the screen
7. On "What Forms Would You Like to Generate?
   Select "Forms to review or keep..."
   Select "Tax Return, Key Calculation Worksheets
8. You should be able to print and save as PDF
9. The PDF File Saved/printed will include both Federal & SC State Returns all in one.
10. Click File Save before exiting program.

Thanks -- got that from community member yesterday. Still waiting for TT to admit to a glitch and either refund money or a coupon for next year for a defective product. Not holding my breath.

To Catina1 -- got stopped at:

3. Scroll to part III (rounding and printing options)

4. Select " Do not print vouchers"

Tried scrolling on what seemed like every option but didn't find "Scroll to part III".

Also I've seen the "Do not print vouchers" before as a work around but like "scroll" I've never found it.

Any help in finding those options will be appreciated

Here is something I did find today. When I click on File and then go to Print Preview I see my state forms = all of them. Then I go to Print and the same error = state forms not available. Same for Save as PDF.

I get thru the first 3 steps then I'm lost as I'm unable to find that option/link. Help
