Turbo tax updated my return after the UC change but I've heard nothing since, Do I file an amended return

The IRS planned to have those finished by end of summer, which would be September 22.  But they might not make that deadline.

They have asked that taxpayers not file an amendment.  

Filing an amendment will make your refund take even longer.
