Turbotax will not generate pdf or print, just gets stuck on "gathering form list" and does freezes up

I have finished my return and they have been accepted. I just want to print off a paper copy for myself but when I go to the print or save as pdf, the spinning wheel comes up saying "gathering form list" and it sits and does nothing. Doesn't matter how long I let it sit to think, it does nothing. When I come back the program freezes up and doesn't respond. How can I get paper copies or a pdf?
