TurboTax imported my W-2. Somehow, my SSN was imported incorrectly. I was able to change in federal. In state, it went into amend return. Can this be undone or deleted?

You are able to delete your W-2 and re-enter it. Please see How do I delete a W-2? for assistance.

So... when I click on "continue my IL return" button, to the left, in the tool bar is "tax tools". In the scroll-down menu, I click on "clear & start over". I receive the pop-up window with, "You cannot clear your return. Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over." Federal shows it was e-filed. But state shows that it has to be printed, and mailed, because it was amended. Which I had to, because I couldn't proceed after the import error. It kept coming up. NEVER have I had this level of issue in all the years I've been using this. VERY frustrating.

Of course, "talk to a specialist" is reserved for Plus members. No thanks. Stuck using the so-called "community" for 'help'? I learned my lesson not to use this site/software in the future. Most certainly will not recommend. After 10+ years of using this product, time to go elsewhere.
