You can edit Form 37 in the Ohio city taxes section.

In the Ohio section, keep going until you see A few things before we wrap up your state taxes
Select Ohio city taxes
Select RITA on Do you want to file your city income taxes?
Select File Form 37 on RITA Municipal Income Tax and continue through the screens to edit your entries
