I received an error message from Intuit saying, "We're experiencing internet transmission problems. Your transmission did not go through. Intuit's Electronic Filing Center did not receive your return."
Is there a problem filing right know? When will it be fixed? I'm using desktop version and Windows 11.

Thank you for this @sfowler.
I just had another user who has this issue delete his state return and was successful filing. He didn't need to file a state return, but went through the state process to make sure he didn't need to file it. He deleted that state return and filed his Federal. His just got accepted by the IRS.
Can you try this and let me know if you are successful? Thank you!
I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:

TurboTax Desktop/Download Versions:
*(If using a MAC, go to the menu at the top of the screen, select Help, then, “Send Tax File to Agent”)
Thank you for your reply. I followed directions for my desktop 2025 version. I selected the online Tab and there was no selection for "Send Tax File to Agent". Please advise.
I have been using Turbotax for more years that I can remember and never had this problem. The only difference that I did this year was to import data from financial institutions using turbotax software.
@sfowler Make sure that you have the tax return that is having the issue Continued using the desktop editions. There is a Send File to Agent shown when you click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen.
I received the reply that my state return was also being filed with my federal which caused the transmission error. I do not want to file my state return just the federal return. Just before filing there was a box to check which said Federal return only, which I checked. I thought I was only filing my Federal return when I got the transmission error. I don't need to file a state return. Please advise.
Can you provide your token?
