Turbo Tax won't accept my visa debit card. It kept saying they have problem processing my payment. But my card is fine.

Is the mailing address in the MY INFO tab the same as the billing address on the CC statement ?

It's different. I'm currently living aboard, but it said I must use a US credit card to pay the service, so I use my US credit card with the US address....

Should I change my info address back to my US address?

To pay for the TurboTax account fees you must have a US credit card with a US billing address.

If you have a US billing address and are having a problem with the credit card being accepted then follow this procedure assuming that you have a foreign mailing address –

Go back to the My Info section, located on the left side of the online program screen.  Edit the Mailing Address.  Change the Type of Address to US (using the dropdown).  Enter the billing address.  Go back to the File section to complete paying for the account with the credit card. 

After the payment has been completed, go back to My Info and Edit the Mailing Address again.  Change the Type of Address to Foreign Country and enter the original address.

Sorry... still not working. I change the mailing on my info to US address, same as the credit card. Still not able to process....

what other option I can do?
