Turbo tax told me was supposed to receive my refund 2-17-2020. And since it was a holiday I would get it between 12 and 6 am 2-18-2020 and still nothing.

WMR states it is to be deposited today 02/26/2020 however many people who filed with TurboTax and have this same date have not yet received their refund yet. Is this a TurboTax thing or what? I did have the EIC and Child Tax Credit as well.

Good question. I also want to know if there is a possibility of the IRS holding our refunds for any reason even though WMR tool says REFUND APPROVED... mine is stalled at REFUND SENT.... It was supposed to be deposited today. Other people got theirs today (when the WMR tool said it would), but some of us haven't . I am getting worried the IRS changed their mind, or maybe TURBO is holding up the refund until they get their payment. I did not have this problem in the years past. I have used TURBO three years now and have gotten my refund exactly when the WMR tool said I was to get - also exactly when TURBO said I was to get it. I just don't understand what is going on.

Same. I have been using Turbo for 5 years and never had this issue before. I always got my refund the day WMR said it would be deposited or even a day early. I have never had it late before. I know I have no issues or the IRS would not have approved it it would have an error message. I will be calling IRS later today to find out what is going on. I already emailed Turbo early this morning but still have not received a reply.

I received my refund this morning, I did it through turbo tax and had EIC and child tax credit.

I think I am going to call my bank.

It usually hits my bank on the same day the WMR tool says it will. I will call my bank and see if there is a problem. Is there any way to check with Turbo to make sure it has my right bank info? It's been the same for the last 3 years that I have used Turbo... but I guess it's better to check.

Okay yes I see they sent it today. Thank you. SBTG lets you view how much you paid and how much and when they received the refund and when it was sent to you.. so I should expect it by tomorrow or the next day

@Stephanieloolaa The instructions on how to check where you chose to refund your deposit are below: 

1. Open your return if it's not already open.
2. On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
3. In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
4. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.
5. On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2019 federal returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.
6. The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2019 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund."

That was so helpful, thank you! It says that I will get an "email from Green Dot Bank, which handles this transaction". Who is Green Dot Bank and how can I reach them to find out where my refund is?

okay, I figured it out. So.... it says that it has been sent to my account, but to allow 1-2 business days. Hopefully it will be tomorrow. Fingers crossed and saying prayers. I am in deep water.

I got mine on time last year but this year I filed on the 17 of January an it was accepted on the 27th so i got a refund date from turbotax an it was 2/19/2020 but the irs website says its still processing 

   Should i get mine tomorrow??
