Turbo tax is not showing me how much I'm getting back on my tax return at all. Who can I contact to find out what is going on, I've tried everything the help thing said?

If you are getting a refund it is on line 20 of federal tax form 1040. If you must pay because you owe taxes, that amount is on line 23 of form 1040.
