Turbo Tax deleted my past returns!

I've used turbo tax  for the last 8 years (at least).  Today, I logged into my 'turbotax online' account, and found that nearly all of my previous years returns are nowhere to be found.  I had a couple random returns and then some W2's saved, but not the full return. 

I called the help line and spoke to a very nice lady who did not speak English well.  We talked for over an hour and by the end of the call, it was clear she had NO IDEA  how to help me.  A brief Reddit search shows this is a reoccurring problem, that Turbo Tax doesn't seem to be addressing. 

Turbo Tax Community, why do we put up with this?  If this is not solved quickly I will never use this company again.  I would REALLY appreciate it, if there is any help for this out there.

Are you sure you signed in to the correct account.   Use the link below to get a list of ALL of your TurboTax Online accounts.

Hello, yes I'm sure it's the same account I used last year.  I also confirmed using that link.  Thanks for the follow up but unfortunately, that is not the issue.

If you used your Email address to confirm your accounts, try using your phone number instead and see if you get different results.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I tried that but it did not work. 

Last year, after Intuit got rid of the budget software 'Mint', they transferred everyone over to 'Credit Karma'.  After reviewing the credit karma website, it was clear it was NOT a good budgeting software so I deleted my account. 

I'm guessing this is why everything else is messed up with my Turbo Tax account.  So frustrating.

Please see this link for more information about any accounts you have established with Intuit.  There is also an option to request access to your TurboTax account that you can also try.  If this does not assist, your other option is to contact us.
