when you agreed to have your Turbotax fees taken out of your refund you also agreed to have them put on your credit card or taken out of your bank a/c if you did not receive a timely refund. Turbotax would have sent you several emails warning you about this before they took the fees.
See this FAQ on why that happened:
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
You also said: "It also made me negative what can I do?"
Did you incur any overdraft fees? There is an appeals process with TurboTax Support to recover the overdraft fees (NSF, non-sufficient funds fee).
You will see a special phone number in the first paragraph of the FAQ I provided above. Phone and tell them you had an auto-debit that resulted in an overdraft. They should give you an incident number and tell you how to document you had an NSF fee from an overdraft.
Support hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
Before you filed you had to confirm your email with a code so the email address should be correct ... look in your spam folder they may be there.
Check on your email/phone to see if it is accurate and update it if it is not.
