Did you incur any overdraft fees?  There is an appeals process with TurboTax Support to recover the overdraft fees (NSF, non-sufficient funds fee).

 

You will see a special phone number in the first paragraph of the FAQ I provided above.   Phone and tell them you had an auto-debit that resulted in an overdraft.  They should give you an incident number and tell you how to document you had an NSF fee from an overdraft.
