Turbo tax added up my Fed Income tax withheld from paychecks incorrectly. how do i fix that?

TurboTax is a very effective calculator of amounts that just need to be added.  Have you double/triple checked the amounts you entered?   Look for typos, misplaced decimals or extra/missing zeros. And....check them if you imported the W-2's----sometimes they do not import correctly.  You always need to check!!

You don't enter your paychecks.  You enter the W2.  If the W2 doesn't match your paychecks you need to ask your employer.  The withholding is is box 2.  You don't include boxes 4 or 6.

Yes, you need to verify your W-2 entries if the amount of taxes withheld is wrong.

As Xmasbaby points out, a simple math error isn't the issue. 

To review your W-2 info:

1. Open you return.
2. Select Federal, then Wages & Income.
3. To the right of Job (W-2), select Edit/ Add.
4. Select the down arrow to the right of the W-2 information. 
5. Select Edit, then select Continue. Check your figures here. Pay particular attention to boxes 2, 17 and 19. 
6. Repeat if you have more than one.
7. Select Continue to return to the Wages & Income screen.

And.....make sure you are entering W-2's -----  NOT paystubs!!!!!
