TT free audit support

I have TT on a CD. We used to install a special program for free audit support. I do not see this option now. Do we have to install this program for 2022 taxes or we can get free audit support in some other way?

You can receive free one-on-one audit guidance when you file a return with any TurboTax version except Business CD/Download, but there is nothing you need to download. Please see the FAQ provided below for contact information if you do need audit support assistance:
