Hello - I know this question has been asked a lot. But I am hoping the more it is talked about, the quicker we can get a response.
The issue is that - TurboTax took out all the fees due for filing with them, and sent the refund to TPG for distribution. TPG then took out fees AGAIN - Resulting in us receiving a lower refund than what is dues to us.
TPG is impossible to reach, and when I reached a representative of TurboTax, they acted like they had no idea what was happening, which I highly doubt. Upon researching in the community, I see responses here and there from Turbo verified employees stating that "This is a known issue, and they are working to resolve it, and we should be receiving an email from Turbo soon".....This was two weeks ago.
I find it appalling that we have not been contacted by TurboTax about this, yet. That they have not even owned up to this mistake, and are just burying their heads until it is resolved, if it ever is resolved.
Intuit, you should be ASHAMED about how this situation has been handled (or lack of handling). Please contact us immediately in regards to how you are putting this egregious mistake to bed.

I will be contacting my local news station in Philadelphia if I do not receive a response by Monday. I have prepared many screen shots from this community about this, along with the SINGLE copy and pasted response from @SForrestLO (Not to call you out, girl. You need support).
