today the 'save' option disappear from my main menu of turbotax, what have happened?

Are you using Online TurboTax or desktop software? If desktop software, for PC or Mac?

If you are using Online TurboTax, it automatically saves your info after every screen. In the left column menu there is not a "Save" tab, but there is a "Sign Out" tab way down at the bottom. You may have to scroll the whole menu down.

Otherwise, more info is needed.

I (theoretically) e-filed, but can’t see a copy of the documents. Tried saving as a .pdf, but got error message that pdf file is damaged/corrupted. Tried printing, can’t.
