There is no option to change direct deposit information

If you haven't filed your return yet, you can still change your routing number for your direct deposit. See the following TurboTax help article for the steps on how to do this:

How do I change my transferred direct deposit information?

If you have already filed your return:

• If the account you provided is invalid, the IRS will mail you a refund check.  
• If you gave the wrong account, you can call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and ask to stop the direct deposit and send you a check.
• If your return gets rejected, you can go back and change the information on your return before filing it again.

See if this works for you.

Select "Other refund options". There you will have the option to update your bank account information.
