My WMR bars went away 3 days after received . I had an offset last year paid it all.

There is a slight possibility that this can delay your refund. The IRS can delay to make sure that all the offset was paid and cleared. Keep checking back every couple of days. The IRS will post an update as to what is going on when they have information for you.

If you want to call the IRS and speak to someone, you can do that as well. They will be able to let you know what is going on.
