There is a programming mistake in the Missouri State Taxes. When it is time to put in the standard deduction (at least for married filing jointly) it puts in the correct number for the Federal return instead of the correct number for the state return.

What amount are you expecting to see?     For a 2024 MO return, the standard deduction is the same as the federal standard deduction for a MFJ return: $29,200.    (+ $1550 for legal blindness or age 65 or older)
