The portion called "State and Local Tax Refund Summary" should I just assume the refund amount they put in is correct? Idk how much my state refund from last year was.

If I think out how much my state refund last year was was a different amount do I need to change it? Or do I trust turbo tax?

If you completed your tax return with TurboTax last year, all your information transferred over to this year. Yes, you can trust that it is correct.
