Has anyone gotten 2 letters from the irs asking to verify identity? I verified online which it stated was done successfully then I got another letter?

Wen I verified online it said successful but I got another letter saying to call to authenticate

The best thing to do in this situation is to contact the IRS by calling the phone number listed on the letter/notice and ask if there is anything more you need to do regarding this matter.
