What is form 4506?

That is the form that you use when you request a copy of your tax return from the IRS. See below for details. It can be found here as well Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return

If you clicked that by mistake and do not need it, you can remove from your return with steps below. 

• Log into your return by clicking Take me to my return
• Go to Tax Tools to the left and choose Tools
• Select Delete a form and scroll down and find that form and choose Delete next to it
