Technical glitch in state return—how to report to TT for help

Hdo I get technical support for a technical glitch in CA state application?  A form that is not applicable appeared filled out in the return  I could not delete it.  I fiinally traced it back to a box in the “interview” section  The box was checked.  Since it does not apply to me, I wouild not have checked it.  I tried, but could not, delete the check-mark.  I had to request an extension as a result.  I need help to resolve this.  TYVM.

What form and box?  Are you using the Online version or the Desktop program?

I’m using Desktop (I downloaded it).  Form 5805F is the one that is causing all this trouble.  It is for Farmers & FIshermen, and I am neither.   I don;t know what to do.  Thnx so much.
