Irs said my refund was sent on the 24th but I haven’t gotten my direct deposit. It says wait until the 29th before I call in but I don’t see a pending deposit.

Yes I didn’t get mines either. The IRS told me that TurboTax have my money because they are taking their funds first and then going to send the remaining. But my bank have no pending deposits and they said deposits come into the acct right away. So idk!!!

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Mine is saying the same things. I looked them up and the reviews arent good at all, so I'm going to call them tomorrow.
