Tax Year Prior to 2020: 1040-ES for 2020

<P>Anybody knows what's going on with the 2020 version of 1040-ES? The 2019 version was published on January 17, 2019, but here it is Feb. 6, 2020 and no 1040-ES. Of course it's almost impossible to talk to the IRS to find out what's going on. Perhaps someone out there knows.</P>
