Because of the issue with turbo tax I entered my regular bank info and got the original message of it will be deposited then it say I’m getting a check

I entered my TT Card DD info on Wed the day the portal opened this is the message I have as of 1pm this afternoon.

I got the same thing past 2 days. It took me 3 days to finally get it to "recognize " and find my info

Did you enter turbo tax DD info or personal bank DD? Seems those who entered the turbo tax DD info got paper checks. Guess I should have put turbo tax info instead of my bank info errrr

@Katbrink22  Dont think it matters I used my TT tax info it says its gonna be DD and they will update with a date...been like that since Last Wed

Ok so most of you are able to get the system to even recognize you. I cannot.. what am I doing wrong? I wish I could get to where I can enter my DD info but I can't.

If your locked out and says info doesnt match try your old address if you moved!!! I finally got ahold of irs!!!! Thr post office notifed them of my move so they already updated it in there system so if your still getting it doesnt match error and you moved try this!!!!
